Who We Are

Strategic Outsourcing Limited (SOL) is a Nigerian workforce solutions company providing personnel outsourcing, recruitment, payroll administration, and workforce support services.

Established in 2006, SOL began as a sales outsourcing company providing direct sales executives to organisations for the retail marketing of their products and services. Over time, the company evolved into a broader workforce solutions provider serving clients across multiple sectors.

SOL’s experience spans financial services and insurance; logistics, transport and e-commerce; manufacturing and industrial production; oil, gas and energy; technology, digital and professional services; telecommunications; FMCG and consumer goods; real estate and facilities management; healthcare and hospitality; retail; and general business services

Since inception, SOL has cumulatively managed over 200,000 personnel, supporting workforce deployment, recruitment, payroll administration, and compliance-related services across Nigeria.

SOL is licensed to provide outsourcing services and holds an ISO 9001:2015 Certificate of Conformity for its Quality Management System. The company is also a member of recognised professional bodies including AOPN, HuCaPAN, and NECA.
